HEY BRUDI, how are you really?
A new space for men.
We practice and talk.
In Berlin and Online.
In German and English.
When men heal, we actually can make a change.
“We’ve spent the past 50 years discussing what it means to be a woman. Women have examined their relationships, identity, and agency at home and at work. Now, maybe for the first time, men have the same opportunity to redefine themselves—but I worry we aren’t giving men, or women, the resources they need to get there.” - Esther Perel (Belgian-American psychotherapist)
A community of men who spread joy in themselves, their families, and society.
While working with men over the past years we realised how rarely and how lightly we actually experience joy. We where searching for happiness, working on ourselves and taking more me-time, but didn’t really see a change. Joy was suppressed by sadness, grief and often long nights in bars, starting a never ending cycle. Now, we know that
joy is the mother of all emotions and we have to care of her children first.
SHAME
Sadness
loneliness
pleasing
meaningless
Is what I experienced in the last years. Becoming a father actually accelerated that, i got distant from my old friends, became an unstable partner and lost big parts of myself.
I love this picture of my son. There is so much emotion in there and it was because of some almonds :)
What changed me:
1. accountability
2. PResence
3. community (verb)
HEY BRUDI is a club for men who seek spaces for personal development, deeper conversations and honest support from fellows. It’s for those, who are ready to try something different, to feel purpose and connection.

Meet the founder and your facilitator
Artem was born in Ukraine and was raised in Berlin. In 3rd grade his teacher didn’t want him to switch schools, because she wasn’t sure about handling the class alone. Community stayed important for him ever since. He is transformation consultant, facilitator and entrepreneur.
When Artem became a dad, it changed his life more than he would have imagined. This being the happiest moment in his life so far, he still felt lonely, struggling to find his role and missing greater purpose. After questioning himself, his engagement and the way forward, he was devastated.
It resulted in fights with his partner, loneliness, sadness and traumatic experiences. The usual walks, sport and talks to friends didn’t help. So, he launched
HEY BRUDI to start a journey of self discovery through connection and community.
Hey brudi,
we should talk.
Join a new kind of community. Help yourself and others to find identity, support and ways to contribute to the societal changes.
HEY BRUDI offers an inclusive place where men can be themselves, learn, connect, grow, and make an impact.
